TSONGA REGRETFULLY WITHDRAWS FROM
CHENGDU OPEN 2017 DUE TO KNEE PROBLEM

 

 

Jo-Wilfried Tsonga of France has officially withdrawn from the Chengdu Open 2017, giving the following statement:


Given Davis Cup play last weekend followed up by play in St. Petersburg where I tweaked my knee last night, I will be unable to play in the Chengdu Open. I send my deepest regrets to the tournament and fans in Chengdu. I hope to be able to play the tournament in future.
